Yes we are aware of the potential benefits of using recruitment agencies rather than investing in advertisements and conducting the first stage interviews ourselves. However, we prefer to carry out our own search and selection process which to date has proved successful.

If you are from a recruitment agency, this policy may not suit you, but it suits us!

The policy has been agreed at board level and has been carved in stone tablets and set into the wall above our HR Managers desk. It will not be reversed, not even for you!

We would therefore appreciate you not contacting our HR Department who have been given the directive not to commission recruitment companies or headhunters and are equiped with tazers to deter those who cannot read!
