Hi Nick
I would just like say how pleased I am with the support provided by our two excellent IT technicians. I have had to deal with them both over the last few days on a range of issues and have found them both very friendly, helpful, supportive etc.. Above all they seem to get things done as soon as possible. The Helpdesk is such a great way to report and track problems. I hope they will stay at MRUS for a long time! Other staff have made similar comments. Please feel free to pass our appreciation on.
